Answer: Look at white circle that says valve with arrow going up. Posh pump nozzle up under the gold foil to insert it into the balloon. Gently keep pushing until it is inserted fully. Try to inflate balloon. If it doesn’t inflate try pushing the nozzle in a little further than try again.
